By using EcoSignal ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

EcoSignal provides environmental intelligence data derived from U.S. EPA public records, including FRS and ECHO databases. The Service offers search, visualization, risk scoring, and reporting tools for business decision-making.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and update it as needed.

4. Free vs Pro Plans

Free accounts are limited to 3 searches per day. Pro accounts enjoy unlimited searches and additional features as described on our Pricing page. Enterprise accounts have custom terms.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Pro and Enterprise plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

6. Data Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: EcoSignal provides screening indicators using public EPA data. It does not determine contamination, exposure, causation, liability, damages, or regulatory violation. All data should be verified with official sources before any professional, legal, or financial decision.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service for illegal activities, to harass or harm others, to impersonate others, or to circumvent any technical restrictions.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason with notice.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when creating an account, such as your email address. We also collect limited operational events needed to measure reliability and plan usage: search type, outcome, result count, duration, quota events, and upgrade interactions.

Usage analytics privacy boundary: analytics events do not store the raw facility search term or full street address. Event metadata is restricted by the database function to an approved field list. A random journey UUID may be stored for the current browser-tab session to measure anonymous-to-registered conversion; it contains no email, address, search term or facility identifier.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to provide the Service, enforce search allowances, diagnose failures, improve features, understand aggregate conversion, communicate with you, and support billing if you subscribe to a paid plan.

3. Data Storage and Retention

Your data is stored on Supabase servers. Operational usage events are designed for a 90-day retention window and can be purged by an administrator. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services including Supabase (database), Cloudflare (hosting), and Paddle (payment processing). Each service has its own privacy policies.

5. EPA Data

The environmental data displayed is sourced from U.S. EPA public records. We do not own or control this data. It is used under public domain guidelines.

6. Cookies

We use cookies for authentication and session management. You may disable cookies in your browser settings.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to your data or ask for it to be deleted by contacting us at info@unisdom.com.

1. Pro Plan Refunds

EcoSignal offers a 14-day money-back guarantee for Pro plan subscribers. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at info@unisdom.com with your account email and the reason for your request. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

3. Partial Refunds

If you cancel your subscription mid-cycle, we do not provide partial refunds for unused time unless required by applicable law.

4. Free Plan

There are no fees for the Free plan, so no refunds apply.

5. Enterprise Plans

Refund terms for Enterprise plans are defined in the individual contract.

6. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge, please contact us first so we can resolve the issue directly. Unnecessary chargebacks may result in account suspension.
